Shipping Policy (UK)

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery) – £3.50 (estimated 2–4 business days)

• Royal Mail 1st Class (Express Delivery) – £4.95 (estimated 1–2 business days)

• Free UK Shipping – On orders over £50

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries in Europe, North America, and worldwide. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• North America: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Me Love is not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international) after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at melove@melove.online with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at melove@melove.online with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve this on a case-by-case basis.
